During Pre-Made releases, orders usually ship within 3–7 days. Receiving time is also dependent on whether you purchased a custom item that must be created according to your specifications or an item that has already been created, also on the receiving country. We are operating from within the United States of America.
During Pre-Orders it will take between 4-6 weeks for products to be shipped due to our company not having the inventory on hand.

What is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)?
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) means that we are responsible for shipping your order to your country, but you, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional charges incurred during the customs process. These may include import duties, taxes, and any other fees required by your local customs office.

Duties and Taxes: These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. You will be required to pay these fees directly to your local customs authority or shipping provider when the order arrives in your country.

Carrier Collection: Your package may be held by customs or the courier until you pay the necessary duties and taxes. The carrier may contact you prior to delivery to arrange payment.

Refusal of Delivery: If you choose not to pay the required customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, we may deduct a restocking fee and return shipping costs from your refund.
